La follia anacronistica è richiedere di riportare tutto in cartaceo, quando tutto il materiale era già in digitale e venire a sapere che la pratica non è stata inviata, anche se completa, solo perché doveva essere tutto riscansionato per l’invio. Siamo nel 2021, suggerisco decisamente un ammodernamento e chiudere l’ufficio ‘complicazione delle cose semplici’. File of 730 delivered in April, still not sent to the Revenue Agency in July. The anachronistic madness is to ask to report everything on paper, when all the material was already digital, and to learn that the file was not sent, even if complete, just because everything had to be rescan for sending. We are in 2021, I definitely suggest modernizing and closing the 'complication of simple things' office.

Arroganza per non aver ricontattato la stessa ed aver saputo dell errore da ex datore di lavoro. Non ancora risolto nonostante email. Pessima esperienza. 730 presentato il 20 aprile e saldato in anticipo. In attesa e in balia degli eventi. Aggiungo dopo una settimana che solo oggi hanno fatto quanto dovuto grazie alla recensione e non prima omettendo di inviare alla agenzia delle entrate il mio codice iban.. Dicono per privacy. Non si tratta di una carta di credito! Questo comporta che la scrivente dovrà contattare l agenzia delle entrate e completare l opera. Un banale 730 saldato il 20 aprile. Tutto questo condito con arroganza. Vera professionalità! Tutto dimostrabile e passibile dirisarcimento per inadempienza e perdita di tempo. Ti fanno prendere una tessera di 15€, in altri Caf non so se fanno fare la tessera ?, ma l'ho presa cmq, perché questo ufficio mi è stato consigliato, dicevano che sono precisi, l'ho scelto per questo nonostante il fatto che ho altri 2 o 3 molto più vicini. Friendly, helpful staff, nothing negative to say. ? They make you take a card for € 15, in other Cafes I don't know if they get the card ?, but I took it anyway, because this office was recommended to me, they said they are precise, I chose it for this despite the fact that I have 2 or 3 others much closer.

La collega il giorno prima mi dice di tornare il giorno successivo entro una certa ora. Oggi sono tornato, e mi dicono che loro non possono fare nessuna comunicazione reindirizzandomi addirittura in un altro caf e senza darmi alcuna spiegazione Bad.
