Gentilissima la signorina all'accoglienza e in special modo Mariana, che in un attimo ha messo a fuoco le problematiche da risolvere dimostrando una grande competenza e disponibilità all'ascolto.
Mi ha dato un aiuto fondamentale per risolvere l problemi burocratici.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stati fantastici: ho ottenuto un isee in tempo record e mi hanno proposto, senza che io lo richiedessi, di aiutarmi a inoltrare all'INPS la domanda per l'assegno per i figli a carico. Hanno chiuso quest'ultima pratica direttamente alla reception, in 5 minuti.
Segnalo in particolare la grande cortesia e la pazienza della ragazza all'accoglienza.
They were fantastic: I got an ISEE in record time and they offered me, without my requesting it, to help me forward the application for child allowance to INPS. They closed this last file directly at the reception, in 5 minutes.
I particularly point out the great courtesy and patience of the girl at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse darei zero stelle! Sono andata in questo caf/patronato perché avevo letto recensioni ottime e invece si è rilevato pessimo, molto peggio di altri! Intanto per cominciare non c'è scritto da nessuna parte e non te lo dicono nemmeno al telefono che, per fare QUALSIASI cosa, si deve pagare una tessera associativa di ben 60 euro all'anno! altrimenti non fanno niente, neanche l'Isee. Poi l'appuntamento lo danno SOLO per fare l'Isee per il resto vai e aspetti il miracolo (nemmeno ora col covid) non misurano la temperatura e il locale è pieno di persone! Io ho fatto l'Isee con una signorina molto sgarbata poi ho chiesto dei conteggi riguardanti la mia posizione contributiva vicina alla pensione e, non solo non ha saputo dirmi niente, doveva chiedere alla collega telefonicamente ma non riusciva e mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere qualcosa, non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Oltre questo è entrata col mio spid e mi ha detto quello che già sapevo autonomamente riguardo la simulazione della pensione!! Pazzesco, ne sapeva meno di me!! Mai più anche se ho regalato i 60 euro!!
If you could I would give it zero stars! I went to this café / patronage because I had read excellent reviews and instead it turned out to be very bad, much worse than others! Meanwhile, to begin with, there is nowhere written and they don't even tell you on the phone that, to do ANYTHING, you have to pay a membership card of 60 euros a year! otherwise they do nothing, not even the ISEE. Then they give the appointment ONLY to do the Isee for the rest go and wait for the miracle (not even now with the covid) they don't measure the temperature and the place is full of people! I did the ISEE with a very rude young lady then I asked for the calculations regarding my contribution position close to retirement and, not only did she not know how to tell me anything, she had to ask her colleague by phone but she couldn't and she told me that she would do me know something, I have not yet received an answer. Beyond this she entered with my spid and told me what I already knew independently about the pension simulation !! Crazy, he knew less than me !! Never again even if I gave away the 60 euros !!
