I primi 3 mesi buttati perche non sapeva che serviva un modulo in piu.. dopo che lo ha avuto spariva sempre per una differente ragione.. malattia.. vacanze o il computer rotto. Alla richiesta di informazioni non risponde e quando lo fa richiede dati che gia ha ricevuto. 6 mesi sono passati e ancora devo concludere un servizio che ho anche pagato. I was followed by Mrs. Francesca among whom she asked me for the same documents 3 times because the reason is unknown. The first 3 months wasted because he did not know that an extra module was needed .. after he had it he always disappeared for a different reason .. illness .. holidays or the broken computer. The request for information does not respond and when it does it requests data it has already received. 6 months have passed and I still have to complete a service that I have also paid for.
A	Andrea Warlock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimi sono persone molto umane che cercano davvero di aiutarti, e con tutte le pretese e tutta la gente particolare che gira ci vuole davvero pazienza per fare il loro lavoro, oltretutto lo fanno gratis, non chiedono ul tesseramento a 20€ come in altri patronati, anzi non hanno voluto manco 1€ per le fotocopie, grazie per il vostro aiuto! Very good are very human people who really try to help you, and with all the pretensions and all the particular people who go around it really takes patience to do their job, plus they do it for free, they don't ask for a 20 € membership as in other patronages, in fact they didn't even want € 1 for photocopies, thanks for your help!

(Son passati più di 15 giorni) numero di telefono inutile, in quanto non risponde mai nessuno e cade la linea. Oppure ti se da un appuntamento per giorno X, e quando ti presenti mettono cartellino fuori OGGI SIAMO CHIUSI.... Gente anziana che aspettano fuori in pioggia, sotto sole, senza di aver allestimento addato per l'attesa fuori dalla sede. You have to respect the times when they make an appointment, in the sense that at the same time you cannot make an appointment for two or three people. Or if you give you an appointment for day X, and when you show up they put a tag out TODAY WE ARE CLOSED .... Elderly people waiting outside in the rain, in the sun, without having suitable equipment for waiting outside the office.
