Dopo di che ho chiesto una risposta più strutturata riguardo alla sua risposta, essendo io ignorante, e mi ha chiuso il telefono. Ho sempre ricevuto informazioni corrette in risposta ai miei quesiti anche al telefono. Segnalo solo che oggi 28 giugno 2019 c'è un cartello affisso che sono chiusi. M	Mara Muscas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato a questo Caf per avere un informazione ben precisa, poiché mi sono trasferita da poco a Torino e ho la necessità di appoggiarmi ad un Caf per effettuare le normali procedure come 730 ecc... la signora che ha risposto inizialmente gentile credo che o non capisse la mia richiesta oppure non sapeva cosa rispondere al mio quesito è quindi ha cercato di sbolognarmi molto velocemente dicendo di chiamate quando era ora di fare il 730. Allora premetto che era quasi orario di chiusura quindi molto probabilmente aveva poca voglia di dare informazioni inoltre ribadisco il fatto che non sapeva sicuramente che cosa rispondere e quindi mi ha semplicemente voluto sbolognare... Oltre all inefficienza mostrata inoltre anche molto maleducata poiché mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia... Ovviamente sappiate che avete perso un cliente perché non si trattano così le persone. Invito la signora a farsi un esame di coscienza e magari un bagno di umiltà... Molto delusa e non lo consiglio per niente. Oltre alla loro gentilezza ,umiltà e professionalità , ti fanno sentire a proprio agio anche semplicemente scambiando qualche chiacchiera . Do 5 stelle perché davvero se lo meritano !
