Sto cercando di mettermi in contatto con loro da settimane, per un errore che e stato fatto da CAF Italia 2000 SRL nella mia dichiarzione dei redditi. PESSIMI! If I could give 0 stars I would give them! I have been trying to contact them for weeks, for an error that was made by CAF Italia 2000 SRL in my tax return. Bad!

I	Imma Nunziata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' poco dire che è pessimo!!! Impossibile contattarli, non rispondono alle mail. Meglio spendere qualche euro e affidarsi ad un altro CAF. Per un problema di linea inerente alla mia linea telefonica ADSL ...e recuperare 10 euro pagati inizialmente per 730 congiunto è PRATICAMENTE IMPOSSIBILE essere ricontattato ( nonostante svariate e-mail ) per nn parlare e riavere riaccreditati i 10 euro ! Bad service! For a line problem inherent in my ADSL telephone line ... and recovering 10 euros initially paid for joint 730 it is PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to be contacted (despite several e-mails) in order not to speak and get the 10 euros re-credited!

Il giudizio negativo è sulla piattaforma digitale per la compilazione della dichiarazione.. farraginosa, poco intuitiva, si blocca, estenuante. Va sistemata e resa più fruibile!! Personalmente ho desistito a metà del percorso ed ho effettuato la dichiarazione 730 collegandomi al sito dell'Agenzia delle Entrate.. I do not question the professionalism in tax matters, which I have not tested. The negative opinion is on the digital platform for completing the declaration .. cumbersome, not very intuitive, freezes, exhausting. It must be fixed and made more usable !! Personally, I gave up halfway through the process and made the 730 declaration by connecting to the website of the Revenue Agency ..
P	Paola Quaresima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima Esperienza con cafitalia2000 al quale mi sono rivolta per prese fare un 730 correttivo per recuperare 2225,00€ da me non dovuti e invece hanno sbagliato la compilazione, costringendomi a dover presentare un modello redditi e aspettare 2 anni per avere i miei soldi. Gli ho scritto più volte che per il danno subito avrei voluto almeno essere risarcita del.costo della prestazione 'non andata a buon fine' per loro incompetenza, allegando mail con la motivazione di agenzia delle entrate dove è scritto a chiare lettere che l'errore è stato il loro, ma a quanto pare oltre alla competenza gli manca anche l'educazione di rispondere. Di tutta la baracca ne salvo solo uno, il sig.Matteo che comunque si è prestato ad aiutarmi a capire perché non mi fosse stato riconosciuto il rimborso.
