★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due mesi prima del parto ho fatto richiesta del premio nascita presso questo patronato e stamattina ho chiamato chiedendo gentilmente come fare per ottenere il versamento non ancora ricevuto. L'impiegata che aveva seguito la mia pratica mi ha risposto sgarbatamente che non sono un ufficio pagante e non è di loro competenza occuparsi del versamento, dopodiché mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia. Per fortuna contattando direttamente l'Inps mi è stato spiegato senza aggressività che la pratica era presente pur non visualizzandola nella mia pagina sul sito Inps. A volte basta solo dire le cose con tranquillità ed educazione.
Two months before the birth, I applied for the birth award at this patronage and this morning I called asking politely how to get the payment not yet received. The clerk who had followed my file rudely replied that I am not a paying office and it is not their responsibility to take care of the payment, after which she put the phone in my face. Fortunately, by contacting the INPS directly, I was explained without aggression that the file was present even though it was not displayed on my page on the INPS site. Sometimes it is enough just to say things calmly and politely.
