★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi riferisco solo al patronato perché è il servizio di cui usufruisco. Una volta c'era Chiara che era bravissima, efficiente e puntuale, poi se n'è andata ed è stato un susseguirsi di impiegate impreparate e irrintracciabili proprio mentre il sistema era in affanno, io ne ho guadagnato un sacco di disguidi e incastrata dal non poter cambiare caf con pratiche aperte da loro quindi gestibili solo da loro.
 I am referring only to the patronage because it is the service I use. Once there was Chiara who was very good, efficient and punctual, then she left and it was a succession of unprepared and untraceable employees just while the system was in trouble, I have gained a lot of misunderstandings and stuck by not to be able to change cafes with practices opened by them and therefore manageable only by them.
