Non sanno lavorare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatta domanda di rimborso canone televisione all'agenzia dell'entrate tramite loro, perchè per qualche anno ho vissuto in Inghilterra.
Domanda non accettata dall'agenzia dell'entrate per errori compilazione vari commessi da loro.
Ma naturalmente il Caf la domanda me l'ha fatta pagare ugualmente e non c'è stato verso di farmi rimborsare.
Incompetenti, questo è sgrafignare soldi agli utenti.

Ottima esperienza. Precisi, organizzati, disponibilissimi.
Consiglio a tutti di informarsi al meglio possibile su ciò che si va a fare, così da fare in modo di aiutarli ad aiutarvi! Con questa burocrazia è indispensabile!
Edit: per rettificare l'ISEE sono dovuto tornare. Questa volta mi ha "accolto" quella che da una precedente volta avevo capito essere la responsabile o una delle. Si è comportata in maniera disgustosamente scortese, per poi dimostrarsi pure incompetente, facendo peraltro una figuraccia colossale...
L'esatto opposto degli altri due operatori con cui ho avuto a che fare.

Ricordano l'appuntamento una settimana prima (via SMS o mail) e chiamano il giorno prima per ulteriore promemoria.
Spiegano tutto con molta calma e con precisione rispondendo a ogni domanda in modo competente.
