Purtroppo ce ne sono altre che rispondono in modo saccente, come se chi si rivolge a loro dovesse essere esperto della materia, e sbrigativo, complicando procedure che sarebbe loro compito semplificare. Aggiungo che, pur pagando sempre regolarmente la quota di iscrizione, dal database ogni anno risulto non iscritta, motivo per cui quando mi reco da loro porto ormai di prassi la comprova del versamento. Un anno, nel dubbio, ho effettuato l'iscrizione due volte e ho poi dovuto attendere mesi, insistendo di persona sovente, per il rimborso. Some of the employees are kind and knowledgeable.
