Really rude people I call and for 4 lives they picked up my phone and left there waiting until I hung up and no one answered !! Bad.

Ho chiamato per avere appuntamento per gli assegni familiari del mio compagno,ha risposto un operatore molto scortese che ha anche alzato la voce dicendomi che loro hanno le gambe in spalla e che stanno lavorando. Io sono invalida con due figli e il mio compagno percepisce uno stipendio basso e da mesi siamo sballottati a destra e a manca per fare alcune delle richieste d'aiuto e quando faccio notare il mio disappunto sulla poca praticità del servizio vengo anche zittita da questi individui. Evviva l'Italia!!!! If I could give -1 I would ... I called to make an appointment for my partner's family allowances, a very rude operator answered who also raised his voice saying that they have legs on their shoulders and that they are working. I am disabled with two children and my partner receives a low salary and for months we have been tossed to the right and left to make some of the requests for help and when I point out my disappointment about the impracticality of the service I am also silenced by these individuals. Long live Italy !!!!
V	Veronica Bissoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per tutti quelli che si lamentano che al telefono gli rispondono male... forse non sapete che chiamando il numero qui sopra non chiamate direttamente il punto di Nogara ma un centralino che rimanda a uno dei punti CAF della provincia a caso! Se vi serve un appuntamento meglio mandare un'email con la descrizione del vostro problema e chiedere di essere ricontattati o fissare direttamente giorno/orario. Io mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, il personale è sempre cortese e super disponibile. For all those who complain that they answer badly on the phone ... perhaps you do not know that by calling the number above you do not call the Nogara point directly but a switchboard that sends you to one of the CAF points in the province at random! If you need an appointment, it is better to send an email with a description of your problem and ask to be contacted or to fix the day / time directly. I've always had a great time, the staff is always courteous and super helpful.
