★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guai a chiedere informazioni ai dipendenti, o sai già con chi parlare per il tuo problema o vieni trattato peggio di un'impestato. Se non sai con chi parlare spera di trovare un'anima buona che ti dia indicazioni altrimenti cambia ufficio.
Worry about asking employees for information, or you already know who to talk to about your problem or you are treated worse than a plague. If you don't know who to talk to, hope to find a good soul to give you directions, otherwise change office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono solita fare il 730 e mi sono sempre trovata bene con gli operatori... ultimamente ho cercato una consulenza con regolare appuntamento per un invalidità civile ed ho trovato una donna prima di educazione irrascibile e per nulla disponibile....certa gente come lei non dovrebbe stare dietro una scrivania a pseudo prestare consulenze al pubblico.
I usually do the 730 and I have always had a good time with the operators ... lately I have been looking for a consultancy with a regular appointment for a civil disability and I have found a woman before education irascible and not at all available .... some people like her he shouldn't stand behind a desk pseudo-consulting to the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signora che risponde al telefono e molto Scortese irascibile, per finire ti sbatté il telefono in faccia per aver fatto delle semplici domande . La signora probabilmente non conosce cosa sia il rispetto e l'educazione, soprattutto per la gente che molte volte ricorre al Caf in momenti di difficoltà come quello che sto attraversando.Spero che provi un poco di vergogna, ma lo dubito sembra essere già abituata a trattare la gente così, non sarà stato la prima volta per lei. La reputo inadeguata alla mansione assegnata con il contatto al pubblico.
The lady who answers the phone and very rude irascible, finally slammed the phone in your face for asking simple questions. The lady probably does not know what respect and education is, especially for the people who often resort to the Caf in difficult moments like the one I am going through. I hope you feel a little ashamed, but I doubt it seems to be already used to treating people like this may not have been the first time for her. I consider it inadequate for the task assigned with contact to the public.
