★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è scortese e ineducato. Non rispettano la privacy in quanto fanno domande davanti ad altre persone fuori dall'ufficio. Dicono di prendere appuntamento tramite telefono ma non si riceve nessuna risposta e quindi diventa impossibile prendere appuntamento. Sembra quasi che noi cittadini diamo fastidio al personale impiegato. Servirebbe un servizio di feedback in modo da poter dare al cittadino la possibilità di esternare un propria valutazione sull'operato del dipendente che è al servizio del cittadino. Ci sono tante persone che hanno bisogno e voglia di lavorare
The staff are rude and uneducated. They don't respect privacy as they ask questions in front of other people outside the office. They say they make an appointment by phone but no reply is received and therefore it becomes impossible to make an appointment. It almost seems that we citizens bother the staff. A feedback service would be needed in order to give the citizen the opportunity to outsource his own assessment of the work of the employee who is at the service of the citizen. There are many people who need and want to work

Indubbiamente preparati e utili.?♀️
