 You can't contact them and when by a miracle you do they make you wait months for an appointment. CAF staff not very polite and with little desire to help the customer

Aggiornamento del 29-08-20: Dite della pausa estiva? Certo, ma quando ho chiamato (più volte) non eravate ancora chiusi e dopo minuti di attesa si era invitati a richiamare. Poi mi sono decisa a scrivere.
Impossible to contact them by phone. Request for information sent by email from the site, never received a reply.
Update 08-29-20: What about the summer break? Sure, but when I called (several times) you weren't closed yet and after waiting minutes you were invited to call back. Then I decided to write.

Waiting for 2 or 3 hours a day for 3 days straight then you go in person and they tell you that they make appointments on the phone practically the comedians

Se questi sono i servizi che dovrebbe aiutare i cittadini siamo messi male.....
3 months to receive attention, very slow, half of them incompetent staff.

Le signore del Caf scortesi e poco professionali, per una correzione isee mi hanno fatto andare la quattro volte, una dice una cosa, l'altra un'altra. Mettetevi d'accordo!
Oppure cambiate lavoro!!!!
They don't answer the phone.
The ladies of the Caf rude and unprofessional, for an isee correction they made me go there four times, one says one thing, the other another. Find an agreement!
Or change jobs !!!!

Sgradevolissimi..non mi hanno dato ne una risposta né un appuntamento.Mi hanno inviato una email per mostrare buona disponibilità davanti alla gente, ho scritto e nemmeno un anima viva mi ha risposto. Ribadisco, voglia di aiutare i lavoratori:sotto lo zero!!!!!
Horrible people, no desire to help people. Very unpleasant .. they did not give me an answer or an appointment. They sent me an email to show good availability in front of people, I wrote and not even a living soul answered me. I repeat, desire to help workers: below zero !!!!!
