Non credo di avere altre parole per definire questo centro.
Lo scorso anno, chiesi informazioni riguardo la dichiarazione dei redditi per i frontalieri, se era necessario farla o meno. Non conoscendo la risposta mi chiesero di ricontattarli qualche ora dopo, in modo che mi avrebbero fatto sapere, quindi fin quì tutto ok.
Al ricontatto mi dissero che dovevo prenotare una consulenza con il loro consulente, al costo di 50 euro.. follia pura, informazioni che vengono rilasciate da un qualsiasi caf dei comuni di frontiera gratuitamente.. e ripeto, volevano 50 euro per un'informazione!

At the re-contact they told me that I had to book a consultation with their consultant, at the cost of 50 euros .. pure madness, information that is released from any caf of the border towns for free .. and I repeat, they wanted 50 euros for information!
