Inutile rispondermi che non mi avete mai sentita perché non siete stati nemmeno attenti a ciò che vi veniva chiesto. Rivolta poi ad un altro CAF dove con gentilezza e competenza hanno risolto la mia richiesta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno dato informazioni sbagliate sull'imu dicendo di poter pagare solo la rata di dicembre saltando giugno. Per fortuna per casualità ieri ho scoperto che c'è una penale se non si rispetta la scadenza di giugno. Per chiarimenti ho chiamato il CAF, ho parlato con un uomo che con tono saccente mi ha detto che la mora ora di dicembre sarebbe stata di massimo 1 euro. Ebbene, questa mattina sono andata in comune per pagare la prima rata, la mora è di 10 euro. A dicembre sarebbe diventata più di 100. Incompetenti e maleducati.
They gave me the wrong information sull'imu saying they can only pay the installment in December jumping June. Luckily by chance yesterday I discovered that there is a penalty if you do not meet the June deadline. For clarification I called the CAF, I spoke to a man who told me with a pedantic tone that the December deadline would be a maximum of 1 euro. Well, this morning I went to share the first installment, the fee is 10 euros. In December it would become more than 100. Incompetent and rude.
