Mi sono appoggiata a loro per diverse pratiche e mi sono sempre sorpresa della loro preparazione e professionalità. Mi hanno sempre dato informazioni corrette e anche aggiuntive che non conoscevo. Il mio consiglio è sempre però prima di andare da loro di visitare sul sito Acli Verona i documenti necessari per le pratiche perché anche se eccellenti nel loro lavoro, senza i documenti necessari, non possono fare miracoli. Per rispettare quindi la scadenza di pagamento ho dovuto contattare un commercialista che mi ha confermato che non avrei potuto effettuare il pagamento tramite home banking come comunicatomi dal Caf Acli. Segnalo inoltre che non ho ricevuto nessuna scusa formale nonostante la mia richiesta di supporto fosse assolutamente cortese.
