Punctuality is not their strong point, delays on delays ... for a simple 730 delays over an hour, to say the least embarrassing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'operatrice che mi ha assistito nella compilazione del modello 730, oltre ad essersi dimostrata maleducata, non aveva la minima conoscenza della materia da lei trattata e non era in grado di fornirmi le informazioni richieste. Cosa molto più pericolosa non vengono rispettate le normative anti covid.
The operator who assisted me in filling out form 730, in addition to being rude, did not have the slightest knowledge of the subject she dealt with and was unable to provide me with the requested information. Much more dangerous, the anti covid regulations are not respected.

Why don't you ever answer ????? Hours of waiting to be told to call at another time ... and then .... at another time again !!!! Is there an @ address you can write to for information on the course of the practices? Thanks!
