m	maneula dallosso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza...ore ore al telefono senza mai prendere la linea perché il centralino sospeso per intasamento della linea.....tutte le volte che telefoni si attacca immediatamente le segreteria...fatto presente il problema all. ACLI ,servizio x denuncia redditie , l unico dovizioso che risponde al telefono, dicono che sanno benissimo il.problema e si lamentano tutti....ti rispondono che l unica cosa da fare è andare personalmente e fare la fila!!!! Il giorno dell appuntamento quando mi presento, dicono che causa covid devo lasciare i documenti e che mi chiameranno appena è pronto tutto! Oggi 26 agosto ancora niente. In più non rispondono né a mail né a telefonate. Da maggio ancora aspetto! Vergognoso che dovrei anche pagare per un servizio che prima facevano in 20 minuti e ora fanno in 2 mesi.. complimenti! Ho pravoto inviandogli una mail ma nessuna risposta e sul loro sito web non funzina nulla non si riesce a prendere un appuntamento. Scarsi poco proffessionali una volta erano il top, ora fanno solo ridere e innervosire I tried several times to call the number given by them for two weeks to make an appointment but nobody ever answers, there is no answering machine. Ma che senso ha?Per ben due volte mi chiedevano documenti che non dovevo produrre , tanto che ho dovuto mostrargli la legge IO e solo allora l'operatrice ha capito!Un'altra volta non avevano fatto ciò' che avevo chiesto e mi è toccato tornare e rifare la pratica e attendere altri giorni prima di avere il documento di cui necessitavo!INTERNET non va dentro i loro uffici e anche questo è assurdo, come del resto anche alla CGIL! Ma con tutta la tecnologia che abbiamo a disposizione oggi non riuscite ad amplificare il segnale dentro i vostri uffici?!Per il resto dico che si va bene se è la signora nel primo ufficio a sinistra a prenderti in carico!!
