Quest'anno mi sono recato da loro per l'attestazione ISEE e sono stato trattato malissimo da una ragazza giovane, molto maleducata e decisamente impaziente. Mi fa rabbia pensare a come tratterà persone anziane e straniere.
I have been turning to them for 5 years for paperwork. Never had problems, always kind. This year I went to them for the ISEE certification and was treated very badly by a young girl, very rude and very impatient. It makes me angry to think about how he will treat elderly and foreign people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo CAF per una pratica ISEE universitaria. La consegna dei documenti è stata rapida, cortese e professionale, effettuata assieme a persone con molta competenza nel lavoro. E' stata prestata anche una discreta attenzione alla sicurezza igienica, che in tempo di pandemia non è poco. Eccellente.
I lati negativi sono emersi nel momento della consegna del certificato ISEE. Vengo invitato a ripresentarmi dopo una settimana, senza appuntamento, sotto promessa che "vedrà che l'INPS avrà risposto per allora". La settimana in questione cerco di mettermi in contatto con il CAF per sapere se l'esito è pronto (non volevo fare un viaggio a vuoto), e se eventualmente potessero spedirmelo via email. Di DIECI telefonate e due email nell'arco di tre giorni, nessuna riceve risposta. Scorato, prendo permesso dal lavoro per recarmi al CAF, nella speranza che, perlomeno, sia davvero tutto a posto. Non lo è: l'impiegata m'informa che l'INPS ha rifiutato la richiesta perchè, secondo loro, mancano alcuni documenti. Mi è richiesto tornare una terza volta al CAF per consegnarli di persona (farlo via telematica non è un'opzione).
Non mi lamento nei confronti del fatto che la certificazione sia tornata indietro, dato che quello dipende solo dall'INPS. Trovo però inaccettabile di dover perdere ore di viaggio, avanti ed indietro, per un problema che sarebbe potuto essere risolto in tre righe di email, o quaranta secondi di telefonata.

The negative sides emerged when the ISEE certificate was delivered. I am invited to come back after a week, without an appointment, under the promise that "you will see that INPS will have answered by then". The week in question I try to get in touch with the CAF to find out if the outcome is ready (I did not want to make an empty trip), and if they could send it to me via email. Of TEN phone calls and two emails over three days, none are answered. Discouraged, I take leave from work to go to the CAF, in the hope that, at least, everything is really okay. It is not: the employee informs me that the INPS refused the request because, according to them, some documents are missing. I am required to return a third time to the CAF to deliver them in person (doing it electronically is not an option).
I am not complaining about the fact that the certification has come back, since that depends only on the INPS. However, I find it unacceptable to have to waste hours of travel, back and forth, for a problem that could have been solved in three lines of email, or forty seconds of phone call.

A cosa pensate che servissero??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato alla mattinaper dare le dimissioni mi hanno consegnato un foglio e detto di presentarmi nel primo pomeriggio senza appuntamento e che sarei stato uno dei primi...mi presento al pomeriggio e scopro che invece senza appuntamento non posso fare niente e se aspettavo 3 ore forse mi riusciva a fare la mia pratica... scandaloso posto disorganizzato e con voglia di fare pari allo zero...
