I	I Tripo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza sia per isee che per 730, il personale è oberato ad esausto e quindi spesso scortese, ho perso tre mezze giornate e ogni volta mancava qualche documento benché siano ormai anni che preparo personalmente i doc purtroppo avevo necessità di cambiare caf ma non ci tornerò mai più, consiglio vivamente di rivedere il Vostro modo di rapportarvi con l'utenza anche perché non erogate un servizio gratuito... E	Enrico Trami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ respinto la prima volta perché non avevo tutte le 25 pagine del PF 2020 della mia compagna; torno dopo aver preso un nuovo appuntamento (che a loro non risultava) e scopro che mi manca la trasmissione dati del 730 senza sapere di doverla portare. loro hanno perso cinque minuti scarsi io una buona mattinata senza ottenere nulla... e anche se fosse stata colpa mia magari un atteggiamento migliore da parte di chi avevo di fronte avrebbe aiutato.. e magari anche un po’ di elasticità. p	propanee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ogni volta manca un documento, pur dopo aver espressamente chiesto al momento dell appuntamento quali documenti erano necessari. nel 2021 necessitano ancora di avere documenti stampati, come le ricevute f24, non si possono presentare telematiche, non puoi stamparle da loro e dunque butti la giornata. un bel 730 precompilato, si risparmia tempo e pure 45€, a mai piu each time a document is missing, even after having explicitly asked at the time of the appointment which documents were necessary. in 2021 they still need to have printed documents, such as f24 receipts, they cannot be submitted electronically, you cannot print them from them and therefore you throw away the day. a nice 730 pre-filled, you save time and even 45 €, never again

Risultato: la persona che ha compilato la stessa si è dimenticata di riportare alcuni dati (che le avevo fornito) che hanno fatto risultare la dichiarazione difforme e questo non mi ha permesso di usare la dichiarazione per lo scopo per cui l'ho richiesta nei tempi previsti. Oltretutto hanno pure sbagliato ad inserire la targa del mio veicolo. Ciliegina sulla torta: sul loro sito hanno la lista dei documenti per presentare l'ISEE incompleta (poiché danno per scontato che il 730 si sia compilato da loro). The icing on the cake: on their website they have the list of documents to present the incomplete ISEE (as they assume that the 730 has been filled in by them).
