Ho riportato una spazzola acca kappa che appena bagnata (lavaggio pre-primo utilizzo) ha emesso un FORTISSIMO odore RIPUGNANTE di animale selvatico, purtroppo PERSISTENTE anche una volta asciutta rendendo l'articolo inutilizzabile. Avrei accettato qualsiasi risposta razionale (per questo tipo di articoli la nostra politica non prevede reso/cambio e così e cosà o magari grazie per la segnalazione) invece la signora al banco mi ha risposto che nessun altro si è lamentato, la colpa è mia perché le spazzole in legno non si devono bagnare ?. Sono rimasta senza parole. Ho lasciato lì spazzola scontrino ecc. C'è un Tigotà a meno di 100 metri. I give three stars because the girls are always kind, but I will never go back there after today, I felt cheated. I reported an acca kappa brush that just wet (pre-first use washing) emitted a VERY STRONG REPELLENT odor of wild animal, unfortunately PERSISTENT even once dry making the item unusable. I would have accepted any rational answer (for this type of articles our policy does not provide for return / exchange and so and so or maybe thanks for reporting) instead the lady at the desk replied that no one else complained, the fault is mine because wooden brushes should not get wet ?. I was speechless. I left a receipt there, etc. There is a Tigotà within 100 meters.

"metto mi vía non ti preoccupare" - ma basta con tanta arroganza e rassismo in questa Italia che la gente è testa vuota senza coscienza e cerebeloo. Arrogance that I never take away ...
