La cosa che però fa la differenza di un negozio che appartiene ad una catena in franchising è il personale, attento e gentilissimo. Succede che se fai una domanda su cosa prendere per risolvere un problema di calcare ostinato piuttosto che tubature intasate ti indicano quale prodotto scegliere, come si usa e che accorgimenti deve adottare per non fare dei danni. In tutto questo non mi hanno consigliato il prodotto più caro e di marca. Ho fatto come mi è stato spiegato: un successo senza danni. Affidatevi al personale del negozio per qualsiasi richiesta e non ve ne pentirete.

But the thing that makes the difference of a shop that belongs to a franchise chain is the staff, attentive and very kind. It happens that if you ask a question about what to take to solve a problem of stubborn limescale rather than clogged pipes, they tell you which product to choose, how to use it and what measures must be taken to avoid causing damage. In all this they didn't recommend the most expensive and branded product to me. I did as I was told: a success without damage. Trust the store staff for any request and you will not regret it.
