★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Caddy's dopo i miei acquisti al pagamento non mi è stato applicato lo sconto tessera. Alla richiesta del perché lo sconto non era stato applicato la commessa rispondeva che si era sbagliata ma che non poteva risolvere perché ormai aveva emesso lo scontrino ed io avevo pagato, anche il commesso senza scusarsi con il cliente confermava quanto detto dalla collega. In conclusione cortesia educazione e professionalità inesistenti. Non merita neanche una stella ?
At Caddy's, after my purchases upon payment, the card discount was not applied to me. When asked why the discount had not been applied, the saleswoman replied that she was wrong but that she could not solve because by now she had issued the receipt and I had paid, even the salesman without apologizing to the customer confirmed what the colleague had said. In conclusion, courtesy, education and non-existent professionalism. It doesn't even deserve a star ?
