★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Sono stata a far visionare il parabrezza dell'auto per una minuscola riparazione valutato un costo di 30 euro. Due giorni dopo porto l'auto e ci chiedono 40 euro adducendo pure 'impossibile' aver detto 30. Abbiamo dovuto pure chiedere lo scontrino...
Consiglio loro un corso di comunicazione per imparare a porsi verso il cliente. Anyway, non li consiglio.... Forget it....
Bad experience. I went to have the windshield of the car viewed for a miniscule repair at a cost of 30 euros. Two days later I bring the car and they ask us for 40 euros also citing 'impossible' to have said 30. We also had to ask for the receipt ...
I recommend them a communication course to learn how to approach the customer. Anyway, I don't recommend them .... Forget it ....
