The company even sent me an order confirmation. 2 days later the company approached me and stated that the shipping cost increased by 300 EUR due to mistake by the company and expected me to pay the additional 300 EUR for the mistake made by the company - not me. Mistakes happen - but people that make the mistakes need to stand up for them and not ask their customers to cover for their mistakes. I explicitly asked for the order not to be cancelled but fulfilled as per the contract made. The company has now breached the contract and cancelled my order - I will need to take this up with ECE to get the company to stand up for their mistakes. Awful customer service - not recommended at all!
