Mon épouse n était pas rassurée de rentrer dans ces cages à poule mais au final elles restent près du sol et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité.
Le point de vue a 360 sur l ile est exceptionnel, quelques rochers ont permis de belles séances photo.
Les enfants ont vraiment beaucoup aimé également cette balade.
Vous pouvez rentrer la montée en randonnée mais ça nous a semblé bien raide.

My wife was not reassured to go into these chicken coops but in the end they stay close to the ground and we felt safe.
The 360 point of view on the island is exceptional, some rocks allowed beautiful photo shoots.
The children also really enjoyed this walk.
You can hike up the climb but it seemed pretty steep to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un must. Cercate di andarci quando il cielo è limpido, potrete vedere un paesaggio spettacolare, da nord a sud. La cabinovia porta fino a 1019 mt., purtroppo il bar in vetta non è aperto per restrizioni covid ma è un appuntamento da non perdere. In ogni cabina possono accedere solo due persone, la salita è di circa 20 min., non è necessario prenotare.
A must. Try to go there when the sky is clear, you will see a spectacular landscape, from north to south. The cable car takes you up to 1019 meters, unfortunately the bar at the top is not open due to covid restrictions but it is an appointment not to be missed. Only two people can access each cabin, the ascent is about 20 min., It is not necessary to book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli impianti di risalita in generale non mi piacciono, questo almeno ha il fascino di non essersi rinnovato dando un colore vintage all'esperienza.
I don't like ski lifts in general, at least this one has the charm of not having been renovated giving a vintage color to the experience.

si sale sino ai 1000 mt di altezza e da lassù si può godere di un bellissimo panorama.
costo 18 € adulto A/R ragazzi 13 €
si può anche decidere di fare sola andata ma preparatevi un buon paio di scarpe da trekking, ci vogliono 2 h per scendere.

you go up to 1000 meters in height and from up there you can enjoy a beautiful view.
cost 18 € adult round trip children 13 €
you can also decide to go one way but prepare a good pair of hiking shoes, it takes 2 hours to go down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Seilbahn ist ein Muss auf Elba! Das erste Erlebnis ist die 20-minütige Fahrt in den kleinen Stahlkörben mit Platz für 2 Personen. (Hab aber auch gesehen, dass eine Mutter mit ihren drei kleinen Kindern in einem Korb fahren durfte ?). Während der Fahrt kann man schon die unglaubliche Aussicht genießen. An der Gipfelstation hat man dann einen atemberaubenden Ausblick! Die Fahrt ist auch für kleine Kinder gut geeignet. Ganz billig ist es aber nicht (Hin- und Rückfahrt für Erwachsene 18,-€, für Kinder 13,-€), aber sehr empfehlenswert!!
The cable car is a must on Elba! The first experience is the 20-minute ride in the small steel baskets with space for 2 people. (But I also saw that a mother was allowed to ride in one basket with her three small children ?). During the trip you can already enjoy the incredible view. At the summit station you have a breathtaking view! The ride is also suitable for small children. It is not cheap though (return ticket for adults 18, - €, for children 13, - €), but very recommendable!
