Dopo varie telefonate abbiamo acquistato una gru usata, che ci è stata venduta come revisionata e con i documenti in ordine.
Abbiamo invece ricevuto un'attrezzatura non funzionante, mancante anche solo dei minimi requisiti di legge, verniciata alla buona sopra alla ruggine e mancante dei documenti per metterla in regola.
Tutti i ricambi necessari ce li siamo dovuti comprare da altri, loro se ne sono lavati le mani e non rispondono più al telefono.
Al momento la pratica è in mano al nostro legale per recuperare quanto dovuto.

After several phone calls we bought a used crane, which was sold to us as overhauled and with documents in order.
On the other hand, we received a non-functional equipment, missing even only the minimum legal requirements, painted in good condition over the rust and missing the documents to put it in order.
We had to buy all the necessary spare parts from others, they washed their hands and no longer answer the phone.
At the moment the file is in the hands of our lawyer to recover the amount due.
