★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimi e molto rapidi a fissare il sopralluogo per capire il guasto per il quale ho giustamente pagato l'uscita del tecnico. Poi non si e' fatto piu' vivo nessuno per il preventivo. dopo mio sollecito mi dicono che fanno fatica ad avere i prezzi dei pezzi di ricambio della General Electric. Bastava che me lo dicessero da subito e non dopo oltre un mese. Alla fine mi sono arrangiato ordinando i ricambi su un sito internet che mi sono stati consegnati in 5 giorni.

Then nobody showed up anymore for the quote. after my reminder they tell me that they have a hard time getting the prices for General Electric spare parts. It was enough that they told me immediately and not after more than a month. In the end, I made do by ordering the spare parts on a website that were delivered to me in 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato per assistenza a lavatrice: mai presentati per valutazione del guasto, neppure dopo più solleciti causa blocco dello sportello e panni dentro a lavaggio inoltrato. Chiamato altro centro urgentemente e venuto il giorno stesso e lavatrice riparata in una settimana.
Called for assistance to washing machine: never presented for evaluation of the fault, even after several reminders due to blocking of the door and clothes inside after washing. Called another center urgently and came the same day and washing machine fixed in a week.

O meglio han risposto alla mail di richiesta preventivo a distanza di qualche ora , ma antipandomi che il tecnico era impegnato in un cantiere e che mi avrebbero richiamato per l'appuntamento non si sono mai fatti sentire. Richiamati dopo una settimana mi hanno nuovamente detto che mi avrebbero telefonato per fissare l'uscita per il preventivo. Son passate 3 settimane
Non-existent. Called back after a week they told me again that they would call me to arrange the exit for the quote. It's been 3 weeks
