★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti danno un appuntamento alle 14 e pure se dentro non c'è nessun altra persona ti fanno aspettare anche mezz'ora fuori...e loro dentro a fare i cavoli loro! Davvero da vergognarsi!
They give you an appointment at 2 pm and even if there is no other person inside they make you wait even half an hour outside ... and inside them to do their cabbages! Really to be ashamed!

Nobody NEVER answers, not even at the times indicated by the recorded message. I've been trying to talk to someone for a month. Workers are also treated like rags by trade unions. How disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio offerto è pessimo. Mettersi in contatto con questi qua, è più facile scalare il K2. Cose che si potrebbero risolvere con una telefonata, necessitano di andare di persona in un posto, a mio avviso, totalmente disorganizzato.
The service offered is bad. Getting in touch with these here, it's easier to climb K2. Things that could be solved with a phone call need to go in person to a place, in my opinion, totally disorganized.
