Al centralino ti dicono però che ricevono alle 19.30 ( forse) perchè sono "leggermente" in ritardo. Dal centralino aggiungono anche che "se ti va bene è così, altrimenti .........vedi tu" . Me ne sono andato !!! Appointment set at 6.00 pm for over a month. Obviously I arrive on time per minute. At the switchboard, however, they tell you that they receive at 19.30 (maybe) because they are "slightly" late. From the switchboard they also add that "if that's okay, that's it, otherwise ......... see you". I'm gone !!!

Se non era per lei, sarei tornato a casa con molto rammarico perché all'appuntamento fissato un mese prima, il sig. che doveva assistermi non si era presentato forse perché si era dimenticato che in quella data non sarebbe stato disponibile. Comunque un GRAZIE a Giusy per la sua cortesia e disponibilità Giusy the best !!!!!! La scrivania che ci divideva ( come sensazione personale ) serviva a sostenere carte e terminale, non a differenziare le categorie di chi ci era seduto. Sono consapevole che il lavoro da loro svolto è difficile a livello mentale, avendo di fronte persone non sempre propense a essere tolleranti, ma ripeto ho ricevuto massima empatia.
