Ma ormai in Italia siamo troppo abituati al contrario e dobbiamo smettere di adeguarci a questo. since we pay for the consultancy, I think that the kindness and availability of them should be the minimum as they are paid by us and not the other way around. E	Elena Giorgi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito ci siamo rivolti a questo ufficio CAAF per la dichiarazione ISEE nel mese di gennaio e il 730 qualche giorno fa. Richiediamo assegno unico all'Inps presentando l'ISEE e Inps ci dice che ci sono omissioni/ difformità nella dichiarazione. L'impiegata del CAAF oltre a non averci detto che da quest'anno venivano richiesti nuovi documenti dall'agenzia delle entrate ha anche sbagliato a inserire le giacenze medie... Una settimana fa siamo tornati in questo ufficio per fare il 730 e ci ha accolto la stessa impiegata che oltre a non capire e fare confusione con le fatture dei lavori di ristrutturazione, che avevamo già dichiarato anno scorso, ha sbagliato anche l'inserimento. Per fortuna alla quinta volta che mio marito si è presentato ha trovata un'impiegata più sveglia e preparata. Nel frattempo però si sono intascati gli 80€ per la dichiarazione 730 e noi però rischiamo una mora per una dichiarazione ISEE sbagliata non da noi... Mi è stato mandato un messaggio per conoscere la mia opinione su i miei contatti con questo caaf. Eccola qua. Ho chiamato un decina di volte nessuna risposta anche in più giorni diversi. É inutile che abbiano un recapito telefonico per prendere un appuntamento e poi devi stare le mezz'ore al telefono senza nemmeno ricevere una risposta. Fanno più figura se chiudono tutto. Non servono. Manca completamente servizio I am forced to give a star, otherwise I would not have put that one either. I was sent a message to know my opinion on my contacts with this caaf. Here it is. I called a dozen times no answer even on several different days. It is useless that they have a telephone number to make an appointment and then you have to spend half hours on the phone without even receiving an answer. They look better if they close everything. They are not needed. It completely lacks service
