E	Ermanna Pagani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 06.06.19 ,dopo aver concordato il prezzo, confermo la prenotazione dell'appartamento vittoria dal 12 al 19 agosto 2019. Il proprietario ,lo stesso giorno, mi invia una mail chiedendomi un acconto da versare con bonifico specificando entro 7 gg. Lavorativi. In quei giorni ero via ma calcolando sarei riuscita ad inviare il bonifico il settimo giorno quindi nei tempi stabiliti dagli accordi presi . Al mio rientro ,mentre cercavo le coordinate, vedo una mail dove il proprietario mi comunicava, già tre gg. Prima, che la mia prenotazione era annullata per il mancato versamento dell' acconto . Mail e telefonate ma tra padre e figlio cioe il SIg. Ercole Castellani e il Sig. Omar Castellani si passavano le responsabilita alla fine mi dicono che mi avrebbero trovato altrove un altra sistemazione . In realta ne hanno trovate due un b&b che non aveva niente a che vedere con la mia prenotazione l altra un appartamento che costava 130 euro in piu per un gg. Di vacanza meno pretendendo che, per un loro errore ,fossi io a rimetterci ed invitandomi ad andare da un avvocato se non mi stava bene . Tenendo conto che l anno prima avevo affittato lo stesso appartamento e dimostrato la mia serieta e correttezza. Ovviamente ho rifiutato le proposte ma tutto cio perche e giusto sapere . On 06.06.19, after having agreed the price, I confirm the booking of the victory apartment from 12 to 19 August 2019. The owner, on the same day, sends me an email asking me for a deposit to be paid by bank transfer, specifying within 7 days. Working. In those days I was away but calculating, I would be able to send the transfer on the seventh day, therefore, within the time established by the agreements reached. On my return, while I was looking for the coordinates, I see an email where the owner told me, already three days. First, that my reservation was canceled for non-payment of 'tax. Mail and phone calls but between father and son that is SIg. Ercole Castellani and Mr. Omar Castellani passed the responsibilities in the end telling me that they would find me another place elsewhere. In reality they found two b & bs that had nothing to do with my booking the other an apartment that cost 130 euros more for a day. Of vacation less demanding that, for their mistake, I was the one to lose and inviting me to go to a lawyer if I was not well. Taking into account that the year before I had rented the same apartment and demonstrated my seriousness and fairness. Obviously I refused the proposals but all because it is right to know.

Pulizia e confort e poi l'appartamento è veramente carino. Convenient to walk to the cable car and the center, easy parking for free, excellent remote check-in service. Cleanliness and comfort and then the apartment is really nice.
