Top welcome, Vanni is very present for his guests. The location is perfect, quiet and in Venice, easy to access and everything is done on foot or by vaporetto.

L'appartamento è molto curato e accogliente, nulla manca e anche i più piccoli dettagli non vengono trascurati.
La struttura è pulitissima e ben tenuta.
La posizione è veramente strategica, comoda per San Marco, la Biennale e il lido. Servita dai battelli. Insomma veramente la soluzione ideale per una vacanza a Venezia....nel cuore di questa meravigliosa città.

The apartment is very nice and welcoming, nothing is missing and even the smallest details are not overlooked.
The facility is spotless and well maintained.
The location is truly strategic, convenient for San Marco, the Biennale and the Lido. Served by boats. In short, truly the ideal solution for a holiday in Venice .... in the heart of this wonderful city.
