E dalle 9 di stamattina che sono qua e ancora...... ce tempo loro stanno a ai telefoni e la gente aspetta loro per visite di 20 minuti al massimo fate solo pena infermieri assenti..... Venendo da fuori dico che non ci verrò mai più in questo ospedale se così si può chiamare..... Shameful as staff, structure and equipment ....... I	Ileana Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparto ortopedia una stella uguale reparto malattie infettive mi riferisco ai dottori Sono andata con problemi al braccio destro ha scritto quello sinistro nella cartella clinica ,neanche ha guardato , mettete più cura nella visite ,nessuno viene per il proprio piacere e non tutti si permettono una visita è cura privata , se avete scelto lavorare al publico fatelo con professionalità e umanità! D	Denise Spaccarotella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giorno 16 febbraio mia figlia (6 anni) è stata operata di tonsille e adenoidi dal dottor Provvidenza e fin qui tutto bene!l intervento in se è riuscito senza problemi..ma per quanto riguarda la" squadra "degli anestesisti ho da ridire..un ora di agonia sotto i miei occhi..me l hanno massacrata di buchi ovunque per trovarle questa benedetta vena per fare l anestesia..mia figlia ha ancora i lividi! Dopo 3 quarti d ora di tortura hanno pensato bene di farle una puntura intramuscolare per stordirla(c avessero pensato prima)la bambina non ne poteva più ed ancora imperterriti continuavano a farle buchi alla fine l hanno trovata nell osso della caviglia immaginarte un po'!oserei direi che sono un pugno di incompetenti anche perché confrontandomi con altri operati di quella giornata si sono lamentati della stessa identica cosa quindi vergogna!!!! On February 16th my daughter (6 years old) was operated on by Dr. Provvidenza on tonsils and adenoids and so far so good! The operation itself was successful without any problems .. but as regards the "team" of anesthetists I have to say .. an hour of agony under my eyes .. I have massacred holes everywhere to find this blessed vein to do the anesthesia .. my daughter still has bruises! After 3 quarters of an hour of torture they thought it best to give her an intramuscular puncture to stun her (they had thought of before) the child could not take it anymore and still undeterred they continued to make holes in her at the end they found it in the ankle bone imagine a bit! I would dare to say that I am a handful of incompetents also because comparing myself with other operators of that day they complained about the exact same thing so shame !!

Incompetenza allo stato puro. Un codice giallo con trauma cranico ancora i attesa dopo 23 ore.... da non crederci. Quelle poche infermiere che si intravedono non sanno nulla e si scusano x la mancanza di personale ma stiamo scherzando????? Da denuncia VERGOGNATEVI chiunque siano coloro che gestiscono il pronto soccorso That there is medical malpractice in Sicily is well known, but here we hit rock bottom. B	Barbara Alescio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non c'è molto da dire, e da stamattina alle 7:30 che siamo al pronto soccorso abbiamo fatto solo due visite e per farle abbiamo atteso fino alle 3:30 del pomeriggio,fino alle 4 abbiamo aspettato l'esito dopo abbiamo fatto l'altra visita e per l'esito ci hanno chiamato dopo 3 ore. Molta gente ad aspettare per molto tempo e tanta gente se n'è andata senza aver concluso nulla. Il personale non molto pratico e in certi casi c'è anche poco rispetto per chi aspetta rivolgendosi in modi nemmeno accettabili, concludo dicendo che sono le 00:15 e stiamo aspettando l'esito del secondo prelievo da 4 ore e non c'è ancora arrivata notizia di nulla. Metto una stella perché meno non si può. M	MoFi Epicfum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the PRONTO SOCCORSO with our little son (6 years). The doctor didn't really care a lot and didn't answer our questions. Everything was really dirty. In the end we got a prescription for the injection of antibiotics. When we explained that we were just tourists and had difficulties organizing a person who could give injection to a child the doctor answered that it was not his problem. Avoid if you can.
C	Colin Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Granted the hospital is ageing and perhaps not the best. However, while on a cycling holiday I unexpectedly required emergency surgery of the most serious kind. Had it not been for the professionalism of the medical and nursing teams I dread to think of the consequences. I cannot thank the staff enough. Despite the language difficulties, everyone was kind and helpful to both me and my wife, for which I will always be eternally grateful.
