Non sono solita fare recensioni negative perchè mi dispiace nei confronti di chi lavora ma, in questo caso, mi sono sentita presa in giro e l'ho fatto presente all'Azienda che non si è nemmeno degnata di rispondermi.
Sbagliare è umano, ammetterlo e rimediare lo sarebbe ancora di più.
Mi hanno eseguito l'installazione di una caldaia a condensazione "ignorando" l'applicazione di una parte importante e provocandomi dei danni.
Una volta segnalato, non hanno saputo fare altro che presentarmi un ulteriore preventivo, con ipotetiche spiegazioni, prontamente smentite dalla Casa Produttrice.
Avevo dato piena fiducia, facendo fare loro tutti i lavori di manutenzione, anche straordinari, senza replicare sui prezzi e pagando puntualmente.

I don't usually make negative reviews because I'm sorry towards those who work but, in this case, I felt made fun of and I pointed this out to the company that didn't even deign to answer me.
To be wrong is human, admitting it and remedying it would be even more so.
They performed the installation of a condensing boiler "ignoring" the application of an important part and causing damage.
Once reported, they were unable to do anything but present me with a further quote, with hypothetical explanations, promptly denied by the manufacturer.
I had given full confidence, having them do all the maintenance work, even extraordinary ones, without repeating the prices and paying on time.
