I	Ilaria Fent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza inutile e poco professionale. Ad ottobre 2018 ho comperato una lavatrice LG con dei difetti di vibrazione e rumore eccessivi. Inizialmente l'unica soluzione da loro trovata (dopo mesi e mesi che mi hanno fatto perdere tempo dovendo restare a casa ad aspettarli) era stata incollare la lavatrice a terra con dei gommini adesivi. Ovviamente tale soluzione era stata solo provvisoria, perché la lavatrice oggi continua a muoversi a causa dell'anomala vibrazione durante il lavaggio. Ora continuo a cercare di contattarli per telefono e per whatsapp, ma non rispondono mai. CONCLUSIONE: PESSIMO SERVIZIO, POCO PROFESSIONALI E CON BASSO RISPETTO DEL CLIENTE Useless and unprofessional assistance. In October 2018 I bought an LG washing machine with excessive vibration and noise defects. Dico di sospendere il lavoro che ci devo pensare... poi decido di andare a riprendermi l'elettrodomestico e sentire un'altra valutazione. ... e qui viene il bello: mi presento per ritirarlo e non vogliono restituirmelo dicendo che non è a disposizione in negozio. Insisto di andare personalmente nel laboratorio a ritirarlo... Ma niente... Non me lo vogliono ridare e Devo per forza tornare due giorni dopo. Ed ecco la sorpresa... mi restituiscono il mio elettrodomestico completamente smontato con viti e bulloni in un sacchetto. La motivazione è stata che, per legge, nessun elettrodomestico può essere restituito integro se non funzionante. Ovviamente mi sono informata di questa cosa e non è ASSOLUTAMENTE vero. Sono delle persone incompetenti e maleducate. Volete sapere com'è finita? Ho trovato un tecnico che me l'ha aggiustato per €30 e c'ha impiegato di più a rimontare il tutto che non saldare il filo staccato... Perché di questo non si trattava!!! M	Michele Miari Fulcis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza PESSIMA e DISONESTA!!!! ho portato una piastra ad induzione perchè non funzionava bene mi hanno chiesto 25 euro a fondo perduto per il preventivo (che poi avrebbero scalato). mi hanno richiamato senza avermi fatto il preventivo chiedendomi 170 euro per la riparazione!!!! ma non solo dopo aver gentilmente optato per riprendermi la piastra hanno pensato bene di consegnarmi la mia piastra senza più i pezzi funzionanti dell'induzione sotto ogni fornello!!!! Un comportamento veramente disonesto!!!! Bad and dishonest experience !!!! Lavastoviglie Miele valore ricambi forse 50 euro, conto presentato 200 e come se non bastasse non si sono accorti che il motore dell' asciugatura non gira. They make the price based on the value of your appliance, if it is of value the bill goes up even if the spare parts are the same. Miele dishwasher spare parts value maybe 50 euros, bill presented 200 and as if that were not enough they did not realize that the drying motor does not turn.
