★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse possibile mettere zero stelle le metterei...ma Google e' magnanima e ne da' una...pure troppo x questa gente !!!...poi cinque recensioni presenti qui (quelle positive per intenderci) sono state scritte da AMICI LORO--GENTE COMPIACENTE--O DA LORO STESSI...ebbene amici di google vi dico...centro assistenza da evitare...entri e vedi subito l'ambiente (triste)..la gente dentro (scortese e aggressivi)...e soprattutto la loro poca o addirittura inesistente serieta'...affidare un telefono o un altro apparecchio a loro e come buttare un ago in un pagliaio (perche' te lo perdono)...se accetti di fare una riparazione ti sparano una cifra (costo superiore al valore).....e perche'no...criticano pure i centri nelle vicinanze (che lavorano anche meglio)...occhio...rimanete Lontano da certi posti.
If it were possible to put the zero stars ... but Google and 'magnanimous and will be' a ... well too much for these people !!! ... then five reviews featured here (positive ones for instance) were written by FRIENDS TO THEM - PLEASANT PEOPLE - OR BY THEMSELVES ... well google friends tell you ... help center to avoid ... come in and see the environment immediately (sad) .. people inside (rude and aggressive ) ... and above all their little or even inexistent seriousness ... to entrust a telephone or another device to them and how to throw a needle in a haystack (because you lose it) ... if you accept to make a repair shoot you a figure (higher cost value) ..... and ... well Perche'No criticize centers nearby (working even better) ... eye ... stay Away from certain places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I centri di assistenza nella nostra città sono come i centri scommesse... tutti ne aprono uno...massa di ignoranti, scortesi e poco professionali. Ho cambiato 4 centri di assistenza in una giornata per cambiare un display. Bah.
The assistance centers in our city are like the betting centers ... all open one ... mass of ignorant, rude and unprofessional. I changed 4 service centers in one day to change a display. Bah.

Dopo.un anno.e almeno 20 telefonate me lo.ridanno.con lo stesso difetto nonostante avessi re regolarmente pagata 55 euro; lo riporto nella stessa giornata ...siamo.8 marzo 2017 nessuna.comunicazione. da evitare assolutamente
Absolutely negative. Ho.portato a lumia 820 in support for a display in October 2015. After one year.and at least 20 phone calls, they will. With the same defect despite having regularly paid 55 euros; I bring it back in the same day ... we are 8 March 2017 no communication. to be avoided absolutely

Per l'accuratezza delle riparazioni costituisce una vera risorsa, dal momento che evita di dover ricorrere ad acquisti ex novo, a volte per piccole parti di ricambio da sostituire, che il titolare e gli addetti riescono a trovare con modica cifra. Ma, oltre alla diponibilità e alla convenienza, il pregio del laboratorio - cosa rara al giorno d'oggi - è la puntualità nelle consegne. Accade infatti che spesso riescono anche ad essere in anticipo sui tempi preventivati di consegna nonostante le numerose riparazioni da effettuare.
The laboratory is located in the typically commercial area of the city and it is easy to get there. For the accuracy of the repairs it constitutes a real resource, since it avoids having to resort to purchases from scratch, sometimes for small spare parts to be replaced, which the owner and the staff manage to find with a modest amount. But, in addition to availability and convenience, the quality of the laboratory - which is rare nowadays - is the punctuality of deliveries. In fact, it often happens that they also manage to be in advance of the estimated delivery times despite the numerous repairs to be carried out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrei scrivere un poema su quello che ho passato per la riparazione in garanzia di un SONY XPERIA Z5COMPACT.
Mi limito a dire che il titolare non risponde alle telefonate e alle mail e di persona accampa scuse di ogni tipo anche di carattere personale che non riporto per decenza.
Ho dovuto contattare direttamente il centro di Milano e la SONY ITALIA i quali mi hanno confermato che il centro di raccolta non rispondeva nemmeno alle loro telefonate!!!
Il cellulare mi è stato riconsegnato solo dopo 35 giorni.
Assolutamente NON professionale e da evitare
I could write a poem about what I went through for the warranty repair of a SONY XPERIA Z5COMPACT.
I limit myself to saying that the owner does not answer phone calls and emails and personally apologizes of any kind, including personal ones, which I do not carry for decency.
I had to contact the center of Milan and SONY ITALIA directly and they confirmed that the collection center was not even answering their calls !!!
The cell phone was returned to me only after 35 days.
Absolutely NOT professional and to be avoided
