★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che meno di una stellina non si può dare... tengo a precisare che mia mamma ci teneva tanto a dare queste recensioni, perché in primo luogo ha vissuto un esperieza negativa, sia dal primo giorno ci siamo accorte sia io che lei , che la struttura assomigliava al vecchio ospedale di Colorno..con finestre chiuse a chiave sigillate con un odore pazzesco , come se non ci fossero ricircolo d'aria se non quella condizionata... approposito di aria condizionata c'era talmente freddo che un pinguino si sarebbe lamentato.... tutti gli ospiti avevano da 2 a 3 maglioni con calze e pantaloni felpati.... da non credere.
Per non parlare della copertura del personale rispetto all'entrata degli ospiti la scusa era.. ( si sa è agosto...) ma che vuol dire??? Lo sapevano che grazie al comune di Sorbolo li avrebbero riempito i piani..
Comunque mia mamma non é stata lavata per ben 10 giorni... complimenti per vostra efficenza.
Ps. Inoltre ho casualmente assistito ad un una cena a dir poco imbarazzante... mancavano anche le posate. ..fortunatamente ad aiutare l'assistente c'era una signora non che ospite che ha risolto le cose.
Per farla breve hai nostri carissimi anziani serve una struttura con giardino e aria aperta con un po' di svago dalla tombola al cucito e po' di musica .
Comunque un 9 alle infermiere/ri.

I want to clarify that my mom was very keen to give these reviews, because in the first place she lived a negative experience, both from the first day we realized both me and her, that the structure resembled the old hospital of Colorno..with locked windows sealed with a crazy smell, as if there were no air circulation except the conditioned one ... by the way of air conditioning it was so cold that a penguin would complain .... all guests had 2 to 3 sweaters with socks and sweatpants .... beyond belief.
Not to mention the coverage of the staff with respect to the entrance of the guests the excuse was .. (you know it's August ...) but what does that mean ??? They knew that thanks to the municipality of Sorbolo they would have filled the floors ..
However, my mom has not been washed for 10 days ... congratulations on your efficiency.
Ps. I also accidentally attended a dinner that was nothing short of embarrassing ... the cutlery was also missing. .. luckily to help the assistant there was a lady who was not a guest who sorted things out.
In short, our dear seniors need a structure with a garden and open air with a little entertainment from bingo to sewing and some music.
Still a 9 to the nurses / ri.
