c	carmelo bongio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ricoverato per una notte per un intervento al LCA e non posso che dire di essermi trovato davvero bene,dagli infermieri ai dottori e altri operatori che lavorano lì, tutti molto cordiali e disponibili che fanno con passione il loro lavoro. I was hospitalized for one night for an ACL surgery and I can only say that I found myself really well, from the nurses to the doctors and other operators who work there, all very friendly and helpful who do their job with passion.
D	Daniele P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grandissima professionalità dall ingresso in struttura fino ai reparti, personale cordialissimo e sempre attento alle esigenze dei pazienti, in stanza con me vi era un 92enne con femore rotto veniva seguito notte e giorno e rigirato continuamente per evitare piaghe da decubito. Gli infermieri sempre cordiali e presenti ogni volta che venivano chiamati. Il dottore che mi ha operato una grandissima persona il Dott. Giuseppe Russo mi ha spiegato e messo a mio agio per tutto il tempo dell operazione. Ci si sente trattati come persone e non come un numero da operare come recentemente mi è capitato in un altra struttura. Non posso che dire bene . Great professionalism from entering the structure to the wards, very cordial staff and always attentive to the needs of patients, in the room with me there was a 92-year-old with a broken femur who was followed night and day and turned continuously to avoid bedsores. Nurses always friendly and present whenever called. The doctor who operated on me was a great person, Dr. Giuseppe Russo, explained and put me at ease for the whole time of the operation. One feels treated as a person and not as a number to be operated on as I recently experienced in another facility. I can only say good.

Centralino inesistente, mia zia viene operata e dopo una settimana ancora non riusciamo a parlare col chirurgo, per la fisioterapia post operatoria viene scaricata e per poter portarla in un'altra struttura non riusciamo ad avere il rapporto clinico, perché chiunque prima di prendersi la responsabilità vuole sapere qualcosa. Secondi me c'è molta poca professionalità, soprattutto in un momento come questo in cui stiamo vivendo. Polpette di tacchino che sembravano fatte con la segatura, hamburger di ceci peggio delle polpette. Davvero pessimo. Very attentive and professional medical and health personnel. Vote for them 10. Il giorno dell' esame sabato 18 dicembre 2021 ci presentiamo all accoglienza. nessun triage ne controllo temperatura né richiesta green pass... chiedo info al desk dell' accoglianza e l addetto con candore mi dice che il sabato non e' previsto il triage!!!! che dire il sabato il virus fa vacanza?Aspetto spiegazioni "scientifiche" dai responsabili. Visita ortopedica approssimativa e frettolosa la dottoressa si esprimeva a monosillabi e sembrava anche infastidita dalle domande che le ponevo non mi è stato spiegato esattamente con parole comprensibili a una persona comune di che patologia soffro. Una giornata persa e visita da rifare altrove. Never again bad COT experience !! 5 days of calls and emails before getting an appointment. Unfriendly staff during check-in and surgery. Il proseguo della mia degenza è affidata alla Dottoressa Autieri ,brava, garbata e preparata ,dico grazie. Grazie anche agli infermieri tutti che svolgono la loro professione molta pazienza e professionalità . Chiudo nel rigraziare il personale OSS che rappresenta il braccio di mare dello staff C.O.T.
