Davvero veloci e disponibili!! Chiamati per un po' di manutenzione alla mia veranda, qualche guarnizione e una regolata alle ante, primo sopralluogo tutto ok, ragazza gentile e premurosa, mi rassicura troverà tutto, mi chiede se sono interessato a verandare anche il dietro e non mi butto via.... fa le misure, scrive e dice che mi farà avere il preventivo, passano i giorni e non si sente nessuno. Richiamo e mi dicono che devono fare ripassare un tecnico per vedere meglio (delle guarnizioni da 10 euro??? Vedere meglio??? Boh) poi ricontattati dopo 10gg perché non si vede nessuno ancora e finalmente torna il tecnico. Va via e.... silenzio ancora, e son passati 40 giorni ormai, vengo infine ricontattato dicendo che non si trovano i ricambi, non c'è nulla da fare (parliamo di una veranda abbastanza moderna, di 12 anni prima) e fine di tutto, solo una perdita di tempo. Lasciamo stare il fatto che nel frattempo dovevano farmi offerta per chiudere il terrazzo dietro, anche quella mai arrivata ma ovviamente data la poca serietà non avrei mai affidato loro il lavoro. Morale della storia, 3 giorni, ordinate guarniziono on line, arrivate e.... tutto ok. Poi la gente mi chiede perché ordino tutto on line Mah! Shortly serious !!!
