Dialogo scortese e frettoloso, ha battuto le gomme con un martello dicendo che non aveva tempo quando sarebbe bastato fare una verifica ultra rapida della pressione (fatto al gommista successivo, tempo totale 2 minuti) per verificare che non era un problema alle gomme ma all azzeramento del PC di bordo. Sarebbe bastato un niente per fare una ottima figura. Davvero poco professionali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 60€ per un cambio gomme già in mio possesso, quindi non acquistate da loro su cerchi in lega di una Golf (50€ il cambio + 10€ lo smaltimento) ovviamente senza fattura.
Insospettito, il giorno seguente telefono per un preventivo dando le stesse dimensioni delle gomme ed il prezzo è diventato 40€ smaltimento incluso.
Deduzione: il proprietario, palesemente infastidito dal fatto che gli pneumatici sostituiti non erano stati acquistati da loro, ha aggiunto 20€ ad un prezzo standard di 40€, praticamente la metà in più.
Da 1 a 10 giudicherei professionalità e serietà pari a 0, illegalità 10 !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che monto un cerchio nero lucido, quindi complicato da gestire (e anche costoso perché originale Alfa Romeo), vista la professionalità dimostrata negli anni, ho sempre affidato a loro il cambio gomme, purtroppo però l’ultimo cambio non è stato per niente professionale, controllando lo stato delle gomme ho notato degli sfrisi incisi su tutti e 4 i cerchioni, probabilmente i pesi per l’equilibratura sono stati tolti con martello e scalpello, le foto parlano da sé.
Tornato per far notare il danno, in modo molto sgarbato e fuggitivo, mi è stato risposto di far sistemare i cerchi, al che, per evitare litigi sono andato semplicemente da un altro gommista, peccato perché andavo da loro con più macchine.
Fate attenzione a come vi trattano i cerchi, sul classico cerchio in lega grigio gli sfrisi sono meno visibili.

Pay attention to how the rims treat you, on the classic gray alloy rim the cuts are less visible.
