Visto che non sono un esperto, ho contattato l'azienda produttrice prima dell'acquisto per avere qualche informazione dettagliata. A mia sorpresa ho parlato direttamente con il titolare che mi ha fornito informazioni utili per capire quanti anni avesse il macchinario che stavo acquistando e gli eventuali difetti. Successivamente ho avuto qualche problema e visto che il signor Chianura era stato gentile ed esaustivo l'ho ricontattato per avere una soluzione al problema riscontrato. Qui ho ritrovato molta disponibilità e professionalità tanto che mi è stato risolto il problema anche se la macchina non l'avevo comprata direttamente da loro. Ho deciso quindi di acquistare il freno posteriore idraulico, per una maggiore sicurezza visto che uso il macchinario il Liguria in posti stretti e ripidi. Devo ringraziare quindi il signor Chianura per l'assistenza ricevuta ed aggiungere che se pur di piccole dimensioni il mezzo lavora molto bene permettendomi di fare cose che non avrei mai pensato con un investimento minimo. High level company, I bought a Predator mini excavator used by a craftsman. Since I'm not an expert, I contacted the manufacturing company before purchasing to get some detailed information. To my surprise I spoke directly to the owner who provided me with useful information to understand how old the machinery I was buying was and any defects. Subsequently I had some problems and since Mr. Chianura had been kind and exhaustive I contacted him for a solution to the problem encountered. Here I found a lot of availability and professionalism so much that the problem was solved even if I had not bought the car directly from them. So I decided to buy the hydraulic rear brake, for greater safety as I use the Liguria machinery in narrow and steep places. I must therefore thank Mr. Chianura for the assistance received and add that even though the vehicle is small, it works very well allowing me to do things that I would never have thought of with a minimum investment.
