★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato al CAF CIA di Cavarzere (VE) per fare la dichiarazione dei redditi. Mi arriva una penale dall'agenzia delle entrate perché la dichiarazione era errata (il CAF CIA si era dimenticato di calcolare le addizionali regional e comunale). Il CAF CIA di Cavarzere mi disse che mi avrebbe rimborsato le penali ma non gli interessi perché la loro assicurazione non glie li copriva. Ho dovuto recarmi diverse volte al CAF (che non è nella mia città) per insistere e alla fine con un gesto di maleducazione mi hanno tirato i soldi sul tavolo, come se mi avessero fatto un favore invece di scusarsi per il disagio provocatomi... Ovviamente non mi hanno rimborsato il tempo perso e le spese degli spostamenti per tutte le volte che mi hannno fatto andare avanti e indietro.
 I went to the CAF CIA in Cavarzere (VE) to make the tax return. I get a penalty from the tax office because the declaration was wrong (the CAF CIA had forgotten to calculate the regional and municipal surcharges). The CAF CIA of Cavarzere told me that they would reimburse me the penalties but not the interest because their insurance did not cover them. I had to go several times to the CAF (which is not in my city) to insist and at the end with a gesture of rudeness they threw my money on the table, as if they had done me a favor instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused ... Obviously they didn't reimburse me for lost time and travel expenses for all the times they made me go back and forth.
