La gentilezza costa poco soprattutto perché chi chiama questo servizio la maggior parte delle volte è in difficoltà. Sottolineo la sua scarsa professionalità e consiglio vivamente di farsi un bagno di umiltà e tornare tra noi comuni mortali.
Consiglierei a chi lo sovraintende di affidargli incarichi non volti al pubblico.

The person in charge of answering the phone is extremely rude and arrogant. Kindness is cheap especially because those who call this service are in trouble most of the time. I emphasize his lack of professionalism and I highly recommend taking a bath of humility and returning to us mere mortals.
I would advise those who supervise him to entrust him with tasks not aimed at the public.
