Ho avuto modo, di avere a che fare con una dipendente che mi ha riservato un trattamento poco professionale. Alla mia richiesta educata di chiedere se potessi essere tesserata e che non avrei avuto problemi ad aspettare il mio turno, dicendo solo, che telefonicamente mi era stato detto che per fare una tessera (del costo di 70€, che gli avrei lasciato) sarei potuta passare senza appuntamento, mi è stato chiesto da questa dipendente se per caso i suoi colleghi al telefono, mi avessero anche detto che se volevo lei e la sua sua collega sarebbero venute a pulirmi casa. Ecco, questo a mio avviso, (parlo da persona che ha sempre lavorato a contatto con il cliente), è stato poco professionale, e persone così cafone non dovrebbero lavorare a contatto con il cliente. Purtroppo non conosco il nome di questa donna da poter segnalare ma posso dire in passato di aver parlato con un suo collega uomo molto disponibile, e competente sul suo lavoro, cosa che oggi purtroppo non ho riscontrato in questa persona. Unfortunately I cannot enter zero stars for the treatment reserved for me this morning. I got to deal with an employee who gave me unprofessional treatment. At my polite request to ask if I could be registered and that I would have no problems waiting for my turn, just saying that by telephone I was told that to make a card (costing € 70, which I would have left him) I could pass without an appointment, I was asked by this employee if by chance her colleagues on the phone, they also told me that if I wanted her and her colleague would come to clean my house. Here, in my opinion, this (I speak as a person who has always worked in contact with the customer), was unprofessional, and such boorish people should not work in contact with the customer.
