I wouldn't even give a star if it were possible because of the rude lady who gives appointments in the office, I've noticed this for several years now.

Uffici aperti su appuntamento,ma il personale è sempre disponibile.
Quick location to reach just outside the center, a Po less practical to find parking but like everywhere else.
Offices open by appointment, but the staff is always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meglio chiamare il giorno prima e assicurarsi che gli uffici siano aperti non ci siano scioperi/manifestazioni e che la persona che svolge qualsiasi tipo di pratica sia disponibile....altrimenti si rischia di fare la strada a vuoto! Ci sono tante persone disponibili e gentili ma anche altre molto acide e scortesi per fortuna sono poche....
Better to call the day before and make sure that the offices are open, there are no strikes / demonstrations and that the person who does any kind of practice is available .... otherwise you risk making the road empty! There are many people available and kind but also very acid and rude, fortunately they are few ....
