E' per uno dei signori al front office che mi ha tirato giù il telefono quando ho esposto perplessità su alcune informazioni di pagamento che non mi erano state dette all'inizio dell'apertura di una pratica. Perchè una i soldi non li stampa e deve farsi due calcoli per rientrarci. Davanti alle mie perplessità si è innervosito ha iniziato a dire che lui non era in turno il pomeriggio in cui mi aveva detto di passare e mi ha tirato giù il telefono. Capisco che si ha a che fare con tanta gente, ma una persona che chiede supporto e non capisce le dinamiche complicate di alcuni uffici non può avere dall'altro capo del telefono uno che risponde: "se lei non capisce non ho tempo da perdere". La tessera però me l'ha fatta pagare, per quella il tempo lo aveva. In risposta sono salita agli uffici per cercare consigli più chiari ed ho trovato una signora che farle il monumento è poco. Per fortuna che non son tutti così. Poi per carità, io non capirò nulla e faccio perder tempo, ma ricordo al signore che l'assistenza agli iscritti è un suo lavoro, se sapessi destreggiarmi nelle pratiche lo avrei fatto da sola. grazie alla meravigliosa signora che mi ha dato una mano nonostante fosse sommersa di gente.
