Visita eseguita in pochi minuti e con superficialità ricopiando quanto scritto dall'ortopedico. Trattamenti prescritti a pagamento (eseguibili ovviamente tramite la struttura) senza un confronto per una possibile alternativa tramite servizio sanitario pubblico. Bad physiatric examination (booked with an urgent medical prescription through the public health service). Examination carried out in a few minutes and superficially, copying what the orthopedist wrote. Prescribed paid treatments (obviously executable through the structure) without a comparison for a possible alternative through the public health service.
L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, faccio la visita dalla fisiatra, mi prepara il progetto riabilitativo, vado per prenotare con il ssn, mi dicono che c'è posto dopo 3 mesi per la riabilitazione ma con una tariffa agevolata, entro qualche giorno posso iniziare la terapia. Ho fatto la tecarterapia ovviamente a pagamento per la modifica cifra di €250 buttati al vento, per ogni seduta un operatore diverso, risultato ho iniziato la terapia che avevo forti dolori, durante la terapia sono peggiorati al punto tale che ho dovuto prendere degli antinfiammatori, diffidate, diffidate, diffidate. Mi sono rivolta in un altro centro, ho fatto la visita fisiatrica, il giorno seguente mi sono state prenotate le terapie di riabilitazione compresa la laserterapia tutto con il servizio sanitario. L	Laura Luise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci andate, fisioterapia di pessima qualità, ogni volta un fisioterapista diverso, ogni volta rifanno la valutazione, perdendo tempo, mezz'ora spaccata con tanto di timer, ma neanche tutta la mezz'ora, dato che arrivano in ritardo, e non recuperano i minuti persi. Pessima esperienza Don't go there, poor quality physiotherapy, every time a different physiotherapist, every time they redo the evaluation, wasting time, half an hour split with a lot of timer, but not even the whole half hour, since they arrive late, and do not recover the minutes lost. Bad experience
F	Francesca La Mastra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale all’accettazione pessimo. Fanno errori nelle prenotazioni e colpevolizzano i pazienti. Mai vista una cosa del genere. Sconsiglio vivamente. Ci sono molti altri centri migliori. Bad reception staff. They make mistakes in bookings and blame patients. Never seen such a thing. I strongly advise against. There are many other better centers.

Due anni fa circa con la mia visita fisiatrica frettolosa e superficiale che mi ha dissuasa dall'intraprendere un percorso di fisioterapia presso questo centro; e qualche giorno fa provando a prenotare una visita per mia figlia. La visita è stata rimandata da loro per la non disponibilità del fisiatra, però quando ho chiesto di annullarla, non potendo essere presente in quella data, mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto farlo io rivolgendomi ASL avendo prenotato tramite quest'ultima. Inoltre alla richiesta sui tempi d'attesa per l'inizio della terapia tramite ticket mi è stato risposto che si sarebbero potuti sapere solo dopo la visita fisiatrica, mentre a pagamento naturalmente la disponibilità si sapeva già che sarebbe stata immediata a prescindere. La mia impressione personale è stata di poca trasparenza e poca professionalità ad iniziare dall'accoglienza dell'accettazione che mi é parsa tutt'altro che cortese. No conflicts of interest, just a bad experience on two different occasions. About two years ago with my hasty and superficial physiatric visit that dissuaded me from undertaking a physiotherapy course at this center; and a few days ago trying to book a visit for my daughter. The visit was postponed by them due to the unavailability of the physiatrist, but when I asked to cancel it, not being able to be present on that date, I was told that I would have to do it by contacting the ASL having booked through the latter. Furthermore, when asked about waiting times for the start of therapy via ticket, I was told that they could only know after the physiatric examination, while for a fee, of course, availability was already known that it would be immediate regardless. My personal impression was of little transparency and lack of professionalism starting from the welcome of the acceptance which seemed to me anything but courteous.

Al contrario di quel che ho poi letto in alcune recensioni, il centro è ristrutturato e con macchinari di ultima generazione, allo sportello le ragazze sono gentili e soprattutto molto preparate, ed i prezzi sono davvero competitivi rispetto agli altri centri, motivo per cui ho deciso di intraprendere lì il mio percorso. I terapisti sono professionali e mostrano un attenzione particolare verso il paziente. Questo per quanto riguarda la mia personale esperienza. Dovessi consigliarlo a parenti ed amici lo farei senza esitazioni. Che dire, grazie! I was in this center for a rehabilitation cycle and I must say that I was impressed. Contrary to what I later read in some reviews, the center is renovated and with the latest generation machinery, at the counter the girls are kind and above all very prepared, and the prices are really competitive compared to the other centers, which is why I decided to undertake my path there. The therapists are professional and show particular attention to the patient. This is in regards to my personal experience. If I were to recommend it to relatives and friends, I would do it without hesitation. What can I say, thank you!
