★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta scorretta, cercano di accaparrarsi i lavori sottostimando il preventivo, eseguono i lavori in modo approssimativo e poi spariscono, consiglio di starne lontani!!!
Abbiamo ingaggiato questa ditta nel 2020 per la messa in sicurezza del nostro palazzo. Durante i lavori, nonostante diversi sopralluoghi, ci è stato comunicato un aumento del preventivo. Abbiamo quindi rivisto alcuni interventi per poter completare la messa in sicurezza dell'edificio. Dopo pochi mesi dal termine dei lavori, alla prima pioggia ci siamo ritrovati con i balconi e la soletta d'ingresso pieni di macchie di umidità. Si è reso necessario un nuovo intervento per rifare l'asfalto della soletta (già sostituito con i lavori terminati pochi mesi prima!). Successivamente abbiamo provato in ogni modo a richiedere il ripristino della pittura a causa dei lavori svolti in maniera approssimativa ma ad oggi la situazione è rimasta intatta.
Abbiamo speso oltre 10k per sistemare i balconi e la soletta, ritrovandoci poi quasi nella stessa condizione iniziale!
Incorrect company, they try to grab the jobs by underestimating the budget, they carry out the work in an approximate way and then disappear, I recommend staying away from them !!!
We hired this company in 2020 to secure our building. During the works, despite several inspections, we were informed of an increase in the budget. We have therefore reviewed some interventions to be able to complete the safety of the building. After a few months from the end of the works, the first rain we found ourselves with the balconies and the entrance slab full of damp spots. A new intervention was necessary to redo the asphalt of the slab (already replaced with the works completed a few months earlier!). Subsequently we tried in every way to request the restoration of the painting due to the work carried out in an approximate way but to date the situation has remained intact.
We spent over 10k to fix the balconies and the slab, and then found ourselves in almost the same initial condition!
