Mi spiace ma non è come pensavo. Personale dell'ufficio disponibile ed educato. Magazzinieri che scaricano camion che verranno ritirati il giorno seguente e lasciano in attesa quelli che hanno l'autista presente che per tornare a casa deve usare poprio il camion ...boh...
I'm sorry but it's not what I thought. Helpful and polite office staff. Warehousemen who unload trucks that will be picked up the following day and leave those who have the driver present waiting to go home who must use their own truck ... boh ...

Nous avons passé commande le 17-11-2021 pour une table d'une valeur de 1207 euros. Après deux mois d'attente contre 1 mois initialement prévu, nous sommes enfin livrés. Nous avons respecté scrupuleusement les indications du message Whatsapp à savoir nous avons réceptionné le colis malgré qu'il soit cassé et avons porté réclamation. Les livreurs étaient présents à l'ouverture du colis et nous avons tous constatés que la table était endommagée. Cette mention a bien été portée sur le bon de livraison : Plateau cassé, voir photo. Sauf que voilà.....le transporteur et ou l'entreprise a rajouté sur le bon de livraison : cassé par le client..... Preuve à l'appui (voir photo en PJ) les deux écritures entre "Plateau cassé" et "par le client" ne sont clairement pas les mêmes écritures. La mention "par le client" a été rajoutée ultérieurement. A savoir que le livreur a mis plus de 3 jours à transmettre le bon de livraison au fournisseur, qui a répondu lundi à ma réclamation comme quoi ce dernier était toujours en attente du bon de livraison. Je vous laisserai vérifier par vous même les différences d'écritures et constater que la mention "par le client" est exactement la même écriture que la mention : "15/20 min avant". Résultat de cette malhonnêteté, l'on nous annonce que le plateau ne sera pas repris et échangé contre un neuf et que si nous souhaitons un nouveau plateau nous devons débourser 750 euros. Comment est-il possible d'être aussi malhonnête????????
We placed an order on 17-11-2021 for a table worth 1207 euros. After two months of waiting against 1 month initially planned, we are finally delivered. We scrupulously respected the indications of the Whatsapp message, namely we received the package despite it being broken and filed a complaint. The delivery people were present when the package was opened and we all noticed that the table was damaged. This mention was made on the delivery slip: Tray broken, see photo. Except that here..... the carrier and or the company added on the delivery note: broken by the customer..... Supporting evidence (see photo in attachment) the two writings between "Broken tray" and "by the customer" are clearly not the same writings. The mention "by the client" was added later. Namely that the delivery person took more than 3 days to send the delivery note to the supplier, who replied on Monday to my complaint that the latter was still waiting for the delivery note. I will let you check for yourself the differences of writings and note that the mention "by the customer" is exactly the same writing as the mention: "15/20 min before". As a result of this dishonesty, we are told that the tray will not be taken back and exchanged for a new one and that if we want a new tray we have to pay 750 euros. How is it possible to be so dishonest????????

Сказать, что загрузка долгая - НИЧЕГО НЕ СКАЗАТЬ! ? Персонал очень вежливый, приветливый... Душ, туалет - без проблем (только проверьте температуру воды в бойлере)... За 23 часа загрузили только треть прицепа....? ..подозреваю уикенд будет на рампе..???. .в итоге: 30 часов на рампе...
To say that loading is long - DO NOT SAY ANYTHING! ? The staff is very polite, friendly ... Shower, toilet - no problem (just check the water temperature in the boiler) ... Only a third of the trailer was loaded in 23 hours .... ? ..I suspect the weekend will be on the ramp ..???. . in total: 30 hours on the ramp ...

First time they delivered our kitchen it was late and then they said they would deliver it on Friday and then they try to deliver it on Thursday night. We said Friday was fine and then you try to deliver early? Strange. Second time they try to deliver they said they are delivering the next day which doesn’t work. So they agree to the next Monday. Next Monday comes and we are waiting and nothing. So we write and they say sorry, but it isn’t Monday because the person who agreed to that day can’t agree to that day. Not my problem but they say we are stupid for believing that anyways. So what is the solution? They deliver two weeks later. Absolute disaster this company.

Excellent service from Mirko Ronchetti at CD Transport who coordinated delivery of a new table to my home in rural northern France. Extremely professional and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend this company if Mirko is anything to go by.
